I gave a 5 because in the beginning, my rep was pretty much absent. Never called me after my estimate to let me know if they were able to get all my parts or to schedule an appointment. I am the one that had to reach out after 3 weeks of getting my estimate. Then when I called, I told him that I wanted to go elsewhere to get my vehicle fixed. He didn't try to keep me as a customer and told me that it's up to me and that they were scheduled out until the middle of March (I called in February, 3 weeks after my estimate). I'm like really??? So why didn't you call me to schedule an appointment and why didn't you call me to let me know that you were able to get all the parts? I was just super disappointed. I stayed with Gerber because Gerber is a vendor/contracted with USAA otherwise I would have definitely went somewhere else without a doubt!!!
