There was a small issue with the call center giving me incorrect information. I was given the option to either get just an estimate or to get an estimate and drop off my vehicle for repairs right away. I chose the latter as this was the only place my insurance would cover for repairs, so I didn't need to shop around anywhere. I chose the date to drop off my vehicle for the estimate and repairs and set up a time for Enterprise to pick me up with a rental vehicle. Dale was rather confused when the Enterprise manager came to pick me up during the estimate. He informed me that he wasn't expecting me to drop off my car that day due to parts being on back order. He didn't want my vehicle to be sitting at the shop for possibly months. I ended up taking the rental for a few hours while Dale got my estimate ready. I had to come back and pick up my car and drop off the rental. Dale was apologetic and helpful with explaining their protocols and explaining that the call center probably didn't know that the shop is waiting to schedule repairs until the parts are in.

For the most part, very good communication was given as to the status of the repair. On the day it was to potentially be completed, I received no call when it was NOT completed.

Yes I would recommend Gerber. But as a customer I would have wanted better communication about the repairs.

Took longer than expected. I had to rent a car for 11 days instead of four days. I was told three to four days but it was Christmas when they scheduled my repairs. And another part had to be ordered so it took longer than expected.
