It took a long timeto do the work. I know he was backed up but I could have waited to bring my car in for a few days if it wasn't going to be worked on for several days. People were great.

Horrible Communication until I called almost every day, car had been there for months, there are still obvious dents in my car, was not cleaned properly I am still finding lots of dust everywhere, tools are left in my car, there are bug smears still on the outside, didn’t communicate or ask if I would like to replace some cheaper parts so now I have to go in separately and order them. Was told multiple weeks it was going to be done that week and then they didn’t tell me till the end of the week that it wasn’t going to be going home, but it’s still looking like a rush job as if they just kept forgetting about my car and having to push it back. The hood of the car is uneven and one side is higher than the other.
