The customer service was wonderful and the work done was superb. Just a bit disappointed that one section of the windshield area was miscommunicated somewhere and was noticed by the worker but not done. Otherwise it was an amazing job done and we will continue to come back for all of our glass and body and fender work!

The finished product that I observed on the initial “your car is ready to picked up” was upsetting. After completing a walk around of the vehicle I was highly disappointed & upset. Several damaged parts were not addressed, repaired or replaced. Paint was full of debris & orange peel. These issues that consisted of 2 additional days worth of work/ repairs were resolved after the inconsistencies were pointed out As a repeat customer & in comparison to the first round of repairs that was completed previously. It is perceived that the completed product was rushed with absolutely no attention to detail or customer satisfaction in mind.

Everyone was so friendly in person and over the phone. They were very helpful with the rental car process and answered any questions I had for them. My car looks absolutely amazing; they did such a great job fixing all the hail damage. I really appreciate them going above and beyond and even vacuuming the inside of my car! I cannot thank them all enough for an amazing job! I will definitely be coming here from now on with any car fixes and will highly recommend you all to anyone in need!

I had my car initially repaired at another location in indiana but some repairs were missed causing the hood to be visibly misaligned. I took my car to the Arnold location and they were amazing. They were more than happy to fix the issue and any other potential misses at no cost and even covered my rental. Thanks!
