I'm delayed in responding to this survey because the car I brought in for repair was a leased car and I did not have full control over the decisions about repairs. Biggest problem was that I brought the car in on March 8 and got the car back 50 days later. Repairs were as a result of backing into 2 2x4s at 4 mph. Damage: taillight broken, dent in side panel, cracked bumper (with some damage to sensors). DID NOT expect those repairs to take 50 days. I did receive a phone call 2-weeks in about more damage found. I asked for a report on the NEW problems, received a 5-6 page document but after reading it over for more than 1-hour, I could not clearly find what the new damages were about. I needed to know about the new so that I would know what to look for and check when I started driving the car after its return.
