The team at Gerber Collision in Arnold were great. It all started with the Cody the general manager helping me schedule my vehicle in and walk me through the process on how I'll be able to drop my car off and get picked up by Enterprise for my rental. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Angel who told me about the repair process and how I'll be kept informed. I was able to receive an update that afternoon with a clear understanding of what the repairs and costs where and when I could expect my car to be available to me. True to the expectations they set, my car was available on time and looked great. Thank you to the team at Gerber Collision in Arnold for the wonderful service.
