Unfortunately my wife picked up the vehicle and upon bringing it home I noticed 2 inefficiencies with the repairs. I haven't had the time to take the vehicle back but I plan to this week.

Customer service was excellent during the process of getting my Genesis repaired. Ericka was fantastic and provided updates twice a week on repair status. I am so impressed with the quality of the work and customer service provided to get my vehicle repaired and did so earlier than the estimated repair time. Great job!!! I highly recommend Gerber.

Gerber Collision and Glass (and their representatives Erika and Hailey) kept me informed throughout the entire process. They patiently and thoroughly detailed all of the changes and additions that would need to be made to fix my truck and ensured everything went according to plan. Even the final cost, despite being a bit higher my deductible (entirely due to some unforeseen issues unrelated to the accident), was reasonable and lower than expected. I'd highly recommend them.
