My only complaint is that there were hand prints on the doors an dash that were not cleaned. This is the first time I have ever has a repair like this that it was not cleaner than when I left it.

Please update your dates for when the pickup will be regularly as you find out the new dates. It took me calling 4 times to figure out when I could get my vehicle after it wa so not supposed to be pushed back a day

They would not communicate with me when my vehicle would be finished after saying it would be done later than planned. They were almost 2 weeks late with it and would be rude on the phone and give very vague answers. They also promised to follow up with a new pickup date and never did. I had to call them and ask and all of the sudden it was finished.
