Gave you a nine only because I'm having to find the time to come back up there so that y'all can reconnect my box to my window so it'll roll up and down and sometimes it's hard to get up there for you to be able to fix that problem cuz I've had so much going on this week we should just would have been done at the time I brought it in but I understand things happen other than that everything was good
