Repairs took too long. Was happy that the manager took responsibility and covered my rental car during the delay. I currently have a flat tire because I picked up my car and it had a nail in the tire which is the most frustrating part of the experience.

I am glad that the new store manager was able to do the warranty work on my vehicle. However, these repairs that should have been done on when my vehicle initially when I came in. The receptionist and estimator both attempted to blame me for the damages. When I bought groceries this week I found that all of the parts (radiator fan and radiator support) are in my trunk. Why in the world would would the shop do this?! I am quite disappointed with the customer service.
