My car was supposed to be done on TUesday and was not done until Thursday morning. We never got updates or calls about the delay until we called and asked what was going on. It was just an inconvenience and communication could have been better. But quality of work was good.

I would recommend for the quality of work that was done but the customer service could use some improvement.

The quality of the work done was very good. The communication however was not as good. We did not receive any updates on the service being done to our car and then the estimated date of completion was wrong so we were prepared to pick up our vehicle and had to call to see if it was done only to find out that they were going to be working on it for a few more days. This is something we feel should have been relayed to us with a phone call which did not happen.
