Had to call the shop regularly to get updates on car. Staff regularly said "your car will be ready tomorrow" but it never was. Also there were several false promises to phone back with an update. I dont mind how long the work took but the false promises to follow up and call were annoying.

It was a quick estimate and I was able to get my car in quickly. Actual service was prompt as well. My only concern, which is my fault is that I didn't ask if the full bumper was replaced or not. I know I was told I purchased a full bumper, but I was told only a little paint was used, so I was a little confused and the work being done was not 100% clear. The issue was fixed, I just would ask for clarification next time.
