Covered in dust at pickup/streaks on sideview mirror housing but was uncertain if this was already present at dropoff.

Difficult to reach on the phone (waited 10 minutes each time) but email worked. Contact falsely claimed estimate could not be formally submitted to USAA until I gave go-ahead for work putting me in middle as USAA stated not to go ahead until estimate was audited. Contacted me at 4:45 on Friday to state I could pick up car by 5:30.

Would have liked as an added touch that the car was vacumed and wiped down on the inside before pick up...just think that would make it extra special...just a suggestion..otherwise satisfied.

Despite the little issues, I really did like Gerber. I felt they had the best intentions. It was easy with USAA working out the details with Gerber and being able to drop off my rental there.
