Some work remain to ensure the bumper fits properly. We will bring the car back on Monday once the parts arrive so the bumper can be put back on completely.

This was a horrible experience. They stated that my car was ready when I got there. It was still imperfections and letting them know what was going on. They said they could take it back to the tech to make sure that it was correct. They took it back to the tech it still came out incorrect, where you could steal notice after speaking with Ashley she immediately became defensive and argumentative, and then decided that she wouldn’t touch my car anymore after she stated that I could come back and get it fixed. I will never go back to this shop ever again. I will always continue to go to Douglasville if I need any work done on my car never ever ever. Will I go back to Austell? This was the worst experience that I have ever had and I am still waiting on the manager to give me a call which I have not received as of yet because they said he was at another location. This is why Black people do not like to deal with other Black people because of attitudes for no reason I was very calm, but I would never let them touch my car again and I will never ever refer anyone to them.

When I brought the car in the AC and the radio worked fine. After you all did the body shop repair those things are no longer working properly if at all. When I brought that to the attention of your store I was told that nothing that you did with respect to the repair on the car had anything to do with the AC in the radio. I kind of find that hard to believe.

The rep over talks you when you’re explaining the situation with your car. She told me that there is nothing wrong with my sensor yet when I left the establishment my ccm is intermittently going off. So I have to find another repair shop to evaluate and fix my vehicle.
