I was so pleased with the work of Gerber Collision in particular, Ashley, Jimmie and Tee. The experience from start to.finish was exceptional. As I mentioned before I wish I could give a 20 out of 20..this process was already stressful, however the team there made it less stressful and I was able to relax knowing that my car was in good hands. It means a lot when people actually listen and make sure to provide honest information. I would definitely return if I need work on my vehicle.

This collision shop is by far the best I have ever experienced. Ashley is GREAT she kept me updated and my car was ready before the estimated date. Everyone who walks by while I was in the waiting area spoke and when I came to pick up my car everyone walked past spoke to me. The staff is amazing! Ashley is the best!

The repair was almost perfect. I couldn’t tell where I was hit. Though I was told that nothing was done to my front door, it is now making a cracking noise each time I open and close the door. It did not make that loud of a noise before it was brought in. Before it was like the door need to be oiled and now it sounds like it’s about to pop of the hinge. Outside of that, you guys did a great job. Thanks!

My drivers side door sounds like it’s about to pop off the hinges. Although your staff said they did nothing to the front door, the sound was not there when I brought it in. The rep insisted that it came form previous damage. Thants not the case.
