I was extremely satisfied with the repair work done on the outside of my vehicle; however, I opened my trunk to find all of my stuff disorganized--- not replaced in its original order. I would have been OK if the mat had been replaced correctly, but this was not the case. I would return to this repair shop to get the external repair work done, but I would ask that the mat is returned to it's original placement.

Scott, the technician who was supposed to install my window, fall to communicate. He gave customer service information stating he spoke to me when he had not. I was told my window would be installed before 5pm, my window wasn't installed until the next day. Stephanie is amazing! Her actions helped restore some of my faith in Gerber.
