It would be a good idea if the team ensures that the part they replaced is mounted correctly on the vehicle when the customer vibes in to pick up their car. The technician had to go back and seal the bumper they replaced because when the customer pulled on the end of it, the bumper was not secure tight.

I was not pleased with the incomplete work done on my BMW 328i. I have to deal with the hassle of taking it to another body shop to finish the job Gerber started. I am very busy and I planned to have it all done at one time. I will not do business with Gerber in the future
