I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ashley for taking care of me and my Jeep. From start to finish, her customer service was outstanding. She kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, answered all my questions quickly, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and straightforward. It’s rare to come across someone who is that professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful these days. Ashley really went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the care she showed in getting my Jeep back to me in great shape. Highly recommend this shop, especially because of the level of service she provides and the rest of the team, especially the lady at the front desk. She was very helpful and professional as well.

From the first phone call until I met with your receptionist and then, Ms Ashley I didn’t have any concerns that my satisfaction would be nothing but, outstanding. I am very pleased with the repairs done to my vehicle. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional from my first telephone conversation and our first meeting face to face when I took my vehicle in for the estimate, and when I went to pick up my vehicle after the repairs were completed. Now what can I say about Ms Ashley she was nothing but fantastic!!! She made my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass very easy and pleasant, her explanations and completion date as to when my vehicle would be available for pickup was exactly what was promised. She delivered on everything that she said would happen to my vehicle needless to say I’m very pleased with her hands on approach, I felt that I was leaving (Raven that’s the name of my car) in very good hands. The reception and Ms Ashley represents Gerber Collision and Glass very well

I have used Gerber Collision before and I always left the shop satisfied and this time was no different! From the time I dropped off my vehicle the receptionist was very hospitable, to meeting Ashley who was the person who was the overseer of getting my car fixed, to everyone in the office that I came in contact with made me feel right at home and I knew at that point I made the right decision to have my car repaired there again! If I ever need a body shop again or know of someone who does I will DEFINITELY refer them to Gerber Collision! Keep what you are doing because in my book you are doing everything right and I have NO complaints!!!
