If the location is able to fix some of the minor issues with the car from the original repair, definitely. I trust a lifetime warranty that'll fix or replace any issues with the repair job. I would describe my whole experience though, but overall recommend. However, if the issues cannot be fixed/don't fall under warranty I would not.

Turnaround time was good, employees were all excellent in interactions, setting up rental car was fantastic. Frequent regular updates was great. On pickup, repair of the trunk door and bumper cover looked fantastic with new paint and dents repaired or parts replaced. I'm sure the internals were also repaired well. However, a trim removal tool was found in the weather stripping of the trunk door. The rear of the car was also covered in some dark stain, which didn't bother me too much specifically as the car was brought in quite dirty. The manager made clear that it should've been hand-washed and clean and proceeded to handwash it thereafter, which also made me not worry about that part. After a couple weeks with the car, the trunk door appears somewhat crooked with the right half slightly higher than the left. Additionally, the trunk door closes harshly as though metal hitting metal, and on further inspection it looks as though that's the case with paint being worn away on the lower left corner of the trunk door against the bumper cover (luckily hidden under the trunk door unless opened, and very small). Overall, seems mostly repaired with good service, just some minor things that I am going to call and ask about, given the lifetime warranty, which I appreciate.

Fantastic; all employees were very clear and direct, kind and polite at all times. Mechanic was friendly and honest about estimating damages during drop-off, and on pick-up manager was also very friendly, even hand-washing some minor dark stains that shouldn't have been there.

Even though it was unknown when the repair would be completed, the team worked with us so we could have the car back by Wednesday since we had to leave the town for four days. Also the fact that you guys were constantly in touch with the rental company made it easier on us for sure. I had a great experience with Gerber Collision and Glass for the replacement of some plastic underbody parts on my 2018 Honda Accord. I was kept up to date each day with both texts and phone calls as to the expected completion timeline. All staff members from management, front desk, and estimator were very pleasant and courteous to work with - very much appreciated as a customer. Once my repair was completed, my car was washed and cleaned inside and looked great when I went to pick it up. They will definitely be my first call any time I need body work done on any of our vehicles.
