Everyone was really polite and respectful. The employees took extra time to talk me through what I did not understand and keep me informed throughout. Everyone was very patient with me while I asked a million questions, and I never felt like anyone was looking down on me for not knowing a lot about cars. They were very upfront and honest with me about what I did and didn’t need. I only had positive interactions with the employees
