My power steering assist light came back on the next day after I was told it was working and all computer alerted problems cleared, and the steering is not working even though i bought new battery connectors through your shop as suggested. I am travelling now but would like to revisit this when i get back, please.

I spoke with my insurance company about repairing my vehicle from an accident that recently had. They informed me of a Collision Repair shop in their network that would give me the VIP treatment that I wouldn’t have to wait on parts that long and my car to get repaired. I went there with my boyfriend and a guy told us that it would take two weeks. This was the total opposite of what we were told before. He was nice about it and explained how the process worked and we decided to leave. My boyfriend told me about Gerber Collision because he had gotten his car repaired there. We spoke with one lady and she said that it may take a little while and we explained what we had just gone through then Wade the General Manager came out to talk to us and he looked at my vehicle and said that he could have it done in a week or less if he doesn’t find any major damages when he takes the parts off. He followed up with us to let us know everything that was going on and he was a man of his word and had the car finished in a week. When we went to pick up the car it was perfect. Thank you Wade and the Gerber team for going above and beyond by getting my car back to me in a timely manner.
