While it was not Gerber’s fault my part came back damaged and then was back ordered, when I daily did get my car back they had lost my license plate. They searched everywhere for it and completely lost it. They told me I could buy a new one and they would reimburse me but I am very upset with the carelessness of a very important part of my car.

Very good service, continuous updates from Jacob until completion. The only two things 1) we had to take the vehicle back in today due to a warning light on the board that was not reset correctly 2) the vehicle was dirty after service Other thank that we would return and recommend gerber in the future
