Great experience! Jacob was very knowledgeable about the repair needed. He ordered a part in preparation for my drop off, in the event it was needed upon further inspection. They repair job was phenomenal! They informed me of the do's and dont's of car washing following my repair (repainted bumper), and they completed the repair in the quoted timeframe. Excellent job!

Despite the complications Gerber did a great job repair a new vehicle that has many parts challeges due to it being so recently manufactured.

Everyone was very kind, prompt and helpful. The estimator and body shop worker who fixed my car went over everything with me when I asked for an overview of what they needed to do and what they ended up doing. The front desk staff were friendly, and helpful, when I was running a few minutes late for an appointment they kindly reassured me over the phone that it would be fine.

They called me in the morning saying my car was ready and if can come pick it up. I told them I can come in during lunch. When we went around noon to pick my car up I saw my car was still in the garage under inspection. Then the guy came and told he will now go on a test drive. We waited a very long tike waiting for my car to be ready. They should have kept the car ready as per their word. I car was left ON when I picked it up. I went to the gas station turned off my car and the car would not turn back on again. We called Gerber and they took around 45 min to come help even though it was just couple minutes away. They said battery was out and we should find a nearby autozone and get the battery replaced. Overall very unhappy with the service.
