I think I got the run around in the beginning about how long the service would be. But in all, it was a good job except for glass pieces that was still left there but the manager had it taken care immediately. I rate the service 8.

It is a spot at the bottom of the bumper where it was not buffed out other than that, everything else was OK. But the manager told me to bring it back in on Monday and he could straighten it out

Why would I recommend someone to gerber collision?When they did not repair my car correctly ?

I took my car to the dealer thinking.I must need a will alignment.After my collision repairs and come to find out, I need to control arm and struts, and because I have a new car and they said, it's collision.Damage, they're not fulfilling it on my warranty, so i'm very upset about it.This was a horrible experience for me.It's turned into a big nightmare.I'm so upset and gerber collision really needs to correct it.

The people were nice and the customer service was great. But my car is not repaired. It's almost undrivable, so great customer service is good, but efficient car repairs would have been better

My car was fixed fast. However, the day after I got it back, the battery died. I don’t know if it is just a coincidence, but the timing is suspect. Additionally, now my air-conditioning is not working. Again, may be a coincidence, but I had no issues prior to Gerber having my car.
