Why would I recommend someone to gerber collision?When they did not repair my car correctly ?

I took my car to the dealer thinking.I must need a will alignment.After my collision repairs and come to find out, I need to control arm and struts, and because I have a new car and they said, it's collision.Damage, they're not fulfilling it on my warranty, so i'm very upset about it.This was a horrible experience for me.It's turned into a big nightmare.I'm so upset and gerber collision really needs to correct it.

The people were nice and the customer service was great. But my car is not repaired. It's almost undrivable, so great customer service is good, but efficient car repairs would have been better

My car was fixed fast. However, the day after I got it back, the battery died. I don’t know if it is just a coincidence, but the timing is suspect. Additionally, now my air-conditioning is not working. Again, may be a coincidence, but I had no issues prior to Gerber having my car.

Everyone was extremely polite, pleasant and professional as soon as we walked through the doors. The work done to my car is well beyond expectations. I'm totally satisfied 😌 I will highly recommend Gerber to family and friends!!

I am truly shocked and a friend referred me to Gerber and they were upset after I point all the issues as they looked over my vehicle

I am truly disappointed with the quality of work that was done on my vehicle. My first experience with Gerber was Feb 2025 and it was outstanding with the quality of work that was done on my vehicle so this is why I came back. The second time was not the same at all. The eye for details went out the window. When I was called to retrieve my vehicle after a brief inspection the door was not aligned and it still is not. A rubber bushing was not installed on the inner door the technician found one in the shop that does not go to my vehicle and put it on. When letting the window down it made a popping noise that let me know pre-inspection was not done. Rubber window molding was not assembled properly. So I had to leave my vehicle overnight so they could make adjustments thank god I didn’t turn my rental car in. I come back the next day to retrieve my vehicle and things are still not to my satisfaction. I will need to bring my vehicle back to be looked for adjustment. Mr. Kenneth the manager was trying to resolve the issues however my vehicle must come back. I expected the outstanding service I received from a previous repair. I didn’t receive that.

Car interior was a little dusty on doors and mats - could have used a wipe down before completion. Otherwise good body work and customer service. The front desk woman in the office at the Amos location was very sweet.

I just recently picked up my car. I was thoroughly pleased with the service, repair job, and that the repair was completed in a timely fashion. I appreciated Kenny's friendly customer service from explaining the repair process to taking me to the Enterprise car rental. Gerber even went above and beyond with washing my car. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision to everyone!
