I think the work was good, place seems reliable, professional & friendly. Maybe just improve some customer service procedures & practices.

The car was kept there about 10 days beyond the estimate I'd been given, with no effort by Gerber to communicate informatively during that time. (There were several texts towards the end, updating me that the car had to spend more time than expected and informing me that they were waiting on delivery of a tail-light that was known to need replacement from the original estimate.

People were nice and cordial when I talked to them, but the lack of communication over a prolonged period exceeding the estimate was a problem
