The car was kept there about 10 days beyond the estimate I'd been given, with no effort by Gerber to communicate informatively during that time. (There were several texts towards the end, updating me that the car had to spend more time than expected and informing me that they were waiting on delivery of a tail-light that was known to need replacement from the original estimate.

You guys did a excellent job and I liked the way you kept the lines of communication open keeping me updated on the timely matter of when my car would be ready and you can’t even tell that it was hit.
