The body work done on the car was good. There were some service things I did not like. Employees were not wearing mask with customers in office. There is a mask mandate in Baltimore city. Told me car would be ready and never called back to say it would be delayed. Did not get written estimate at first. Some things they did well but just attitude did not like.

The repair work was very good. The issues was the lack of communication and no up front estimate. I think I was turned off by no mask wearing when customers were in office and a mask mandate in place.
