I’m really big on character and work ethic. There was a situation where I needed to upgrade my car rental because of the work that I do for a living requires me to need more space. I was told that Enterprise car rental was called. And that I should go there to get an upgrade. Which felt like I was being put off or pacified. When I got to Enterprise car rental, they said they never got a call from Gerber collision and glass concerning my vehicle. I did not like being told something that wasn’t true or accurate. However the work that was done on my car was superb. I just don’t like the bad display of work ethic. And just plain honesty.
