I would like to first date the front office staff is amazing , at the start of the estimate Todd contacted me to schedule the appointment for an estimate he went over every step and how the process would work and assured me that he would be contacting me throughout this process after the estimate he helped facilitate the rental for me, come the day of the repair Denise already had the folder packet ready for me to sign and rental was there when I finished the paperwork. Todd then explained to me the process is in the steps and how long it should take he did also provide details that how the streamline the process in the car may be completed earlier than estimated completion date, at the end of the same day Denise contacted me with an update and letting me know the car was actually in the paint process already. The next day Todd informed me that the vehicle was in recently going to QC within the next hour and if I'd be able to pick up at the end of the day and I let him know that my schedule it's very tight and I probably would be able to make it he asked if he were to stay after closing if that would help accommodate me and surely had cuz I was able to have my vehicle back instead of being on a rental for another day I would like to thank Denise and Todd for job well done and I will surely recommend them Gerber to all my friends
