My car has an opening on the passenger side that was supposed to fixed. I got the run around about when the was supposed to be finished and when I got there I was told the bumper/fender wasn’t the right size. But you told me to pick up, why call. And two other dates I was told it would be done and again when I came up nothing. And I think the last day I was told to pick up and when I got there I tried to use extra key and it wouldn’t work got to car and it was counting down like someone left car on. When ask the guy told me he leaves it on every time and let it do that and like before another problem the battery is dead. What sense did that make so now I had to keep rental the 3rd time pass the date I was told it would be ready but something happens. So now I pick up the 8/13 and I see this problem with the bumper and started to say forget it because I have to get rental again and there’s no more money for that. But I text the manager Jamie and sent no pictures showing the work because I’m not going to let this go any longer when it wasn’t suppose to be repaired to look like it does. I can’t recommend Gerber and which I really went somewhere else. Sorry👎🏽

The work was completed There are no signs of any accident. The repairs were excellent. The only issue is I’m waiting for my left. Turn signal in my mirror to be repaired.

To be honest, I was disappointed. The work they did on the was great, I just didn’t like how the completion date for the work to be done kept getting pushed back because they don’t have acquit amount of staff.
