I would have given a 10 except for it took nearly 3 weeks for a repair that should have taken 2 weeks. They moved the car from one shop to another to expedite and I think it ended up taking longer because of it. I appreciated good communication from Drew and his team but the finished date kept on getting pushed back.

I was hesitant at first to try Gerber Collision- and after I read the reviews - I decided to give them a chance- I'm glad I did - Aaron the manager and Alexandra the Unit Secretary were courteous , professional and attentive to my needs - they kept me updated on the progress of my car and they assured me that all was gonna be well and it was- I was totally satisfied with the service all the way around- so yes I rate them a 5 star and I recommend their services!

The body work looks stunning. Looks like brand new. It took twice as long as we were expecting because parts that were ordered were either wrong or broken. The only other issue is that since the car was in the shop, our tire pressure monitor sometimes doesn’t work.

The people were kind and helpful, but usually I had to call if I wanted updates, even though I was told they would call me with updates. If I hadn’t called, the car would’ve been in the shop over a second weekend after the repair was complete.
