When I got my car back, the actual body work I was pleased with. But the state in which my vehicle was returned was a bit disheartening. Since picking up my vehicle it has had a strong chemical/oil smell, as if whoever drove it when working on it was covered in it. The interior door also has black residue all over the leather paneling that I know was not there when my vehicle was dropped off. Despite scrubbing and spraying the vehicle, neither the black residue or the scent has been able to be removed. At this point I believe it will take some serious detailing, of which was not anticipated for a vehicle I just received back from some body work!

The work was done very well. It did take quite a while though, I eventually had to call them in regards to my vehicle to which I was told it would be ready in an hour, but they didn’t notify me. I also received my vehicle back with a chemical/gas odor on the inside that has persisted for days, as well as black stains on the door panel on the inside as if whoever was working on the vehicle, got in the car with dirty hands.

Technicians did not complete the work that was required. Technicians did not communicate with me during the repair process. I was constantly tasked with calling the technicians to check the progress of the repair. They would not leave me voicemails or emails when I missed their calls, or left messages on their answering machine. When I told the technician he did not complete the required work, he told me I was "crying over spilled milk." When I pointed out in the paperwork that he was wrong, he told me it wasn't a big deal.
