Although I'm satisfied with the final results I might hesitate because of the length of time it took to get my vehicle back. What I was told would probably take a week (no promises) took 3x as long which I thought was too long.

They guys there are very very nice and very professional. They all know what they are doing. They repaired my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Even when I came to pick up my car my key stopped working. And they were dedicated to helping me solve the problem by working it out for me. It ended up being an issue inside the door that they forgot to connect I think when the repair was finished. But even then I’m completely satisfied and I will always refer people to this shop. Thanks again for the help excellent service and friendly staff. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. And with my experience it’s been very hard to find good customer service and trust in mechanic shops. Because I’ve gone to a couple shops to get things fixed like my alignment. And I paid a good amount of money to get that done and when I came to pick it up they didn’t do anything to fix it like they said. So I pulled back in and told them it wasn’t fixed. Then they had my car sitting in the shop for an hour and then said “ok it’s done.” And again they did nothing for it. This repeated over and over and finally I asked for my money back and they wouldn’t give it back. That’s one example. So thank you so much for being super professional and keeping a friendly honest staff that enjoys helping people. I hope this review helps! Please be sure to tell your staff that they are doing a great job and do something nice for them 🫡
