There communication I drop my vehicle at the Laurel location they took it to the Baltimore location, when it was time to pick up my vehicle. I went back to Laurel location and it was not there,It was still in Baltimore. I guess it was not in the paperwork that should’ve been put back in Laurel so I had to wait Half the day for them to bring it back to Laurel And they did not tow it. They drove it when the guy gave me my keys my tank was one line before empty when they picked it up from my house. The tank was half full so they had to take me to the gas station to get gas which was crazy. I would not use them again the alignment they said they did does not feel like it. The part on the side of the car is popping out now.

Please do not contact me. I’ll tell you now why I was not completely happy with my experience. I received multiple conflicting reports of when the car was going to be ready and then got a call 4 o’clock the day that it was ready, to say it was ready. You need to communicate more clearly and consistently with people whose cars you were working on.. I ended up being without a car for several days because of the conflicting information you were giving me about when my car would be ready. There’s a huge difference between January 26 and February 12. I got a February 12 estimate of completion just a few days ago. Obviously that was inaccurate, and you should have been able to give more accurate estimate a few days out from completion. Thanks.
