The body work looks great! They did not deliver my car when they told they would. It was supposed to be done on Thursday and didn't get it until Monday. Fortunately I was out of town over the weekend, so I didn't have to go without a car. I had a rental for only five days. The gal at the front desk is a bit systematic. She is not rude. She seems like she is always rushed. Maybe just a little more engagement and smiling would go along way. The guy that did my estimate was very nice and professional.

The gentleman that did ny estimate, Mike, was very professional and thorough. The receptionist could be a bit friendlier. She was not rude, she just doesn't smile and is it engaging. The vehicle was not done when promised. I would recommend to others.

Absolutely satisfied with the work done and friendliness of Joe. Only dissatisfaction was the reliance on automated messages for communication which gave the wrong information. It’d be better if it was then followed with a phone call especially if they information was incorrect. I only started to receive phone call updates after I went in person to see what was happening with my vehicle.
