I had a horrible experience with another body shop. No communication, no progressive action, nothing. I took my car and brought it to Gerber Collision and Glass. From start to finish, I was informed of the progress of my vehicle. When there were delays in parts delivery, I was called so that I would know what was going on. I hope I won’t need them again, but if I do, I know where I’m going.
