Everyone was super nice and they were very fast and efficient. They also went to bat to my insurance company to get this repaired as quickly as possible, which was greatly appreciated. I am already a repeat customer and while I don’t want to be rear-ended three times this year or ever again for that matter, if I was, I will go back to them no question!

The service was excellent. Josue kept me informed the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he thoroughly explained the damages that were repaired. I am extremely happy with how my car turned out. They kept me up to date on their progress and took care of scratches that were not caused by the accident. The staff was extremely friendly and handled everything very timely!

They handled replacing parts, but the core issue wasn’t addressed, since the door has to be slammed shut and according to Toyota, over time, this will cause the lift supports to wear out prematurely from the excessive pressure. The trunk space of where the work was done was left extremely filthy. My seatbelts were covered in white material, the rear leather seats were covered in the same substance, and scratches were left all along the side of the plastic. Not to mention my spare tire along with that mini compartment was also left extremely filthy. The overall finished product was handed to me in poor shape. At the end I got a rushed product with a filthy interior that has white stains I can’t even scrub off.

The lift gate on my25 RAV4 has to be slammed shut even after replacing the lift gate with a used one. I took it to Toyota for them to review and they confirmed that the lift gate has to be shut with extra force to close shut
