The service that the employees gave us was a 10, the work they gave our car was immaculate, they not only fixed the damage done from the other car that hit us.They detailed the entire car inside- out, it looked better than it did when the car was brand new, beautiful, they even delivered it to the front door of our house. The reason for the low rating is because it was completely an oversight on the electrical issues and the broken parts to my vehicle lighting and cooling system are critical systems that should not have been overlooked for any reason.
