Car was kept for an entire month. Kept getting delays day by day for almost an entire week and when told it was ready I arrived at 4pm because that is when they said it was going to be ready. Didn’t leave until 5:30pm as there was still Details that needed to be fixed from the car. It felt like car was rushed and not given the attention and detail it needed to be delivered. I still also need to go back on Wednesday July 1st for them to be able to complete an area they could not do today and that will take another additional 30 Minutes. Very inconvenient and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The job was done well. The communication of asking for keys without an explanation and unplugging the camera & placing tape on our camera, they were not forth coming of that practice to us. That left us with an unsettled feeling, what are you hiding. If we were told that vehicle cameras are not permitted on the property, we would be ok with that practice.

Josue was very good in explaining the process. We didn't care for the slight attitude in the office. They were not not clear in asking questions....like tell me why you want my keys. Perhaps, 'we need to get the vehicle VIN, may we get your keys?'

Very happy with reapair was a little hiccup with insurance but was satisfied with the resolution they were very professional about the help Mr. Ruiz was a great adjuster
