Everything was great, great communication, van looks great. I gave a 9 only because I have to go back later to have the last part put on because it's on back order. Which is not Gerber collisions fault. I would definitely recommend Gerber to others

The repair took 3 times as long as estimated but that may have been due to supply-chain issues beyond your control. More importantly, you paid my rental costs when my insurance company limit was reached!
