Very good service! However I will have to take back my truck because the paint job was inadequate. There were a couple of bubbles in the finish. So although the service was great the end result forces me to have to take back my car and yet for another few days. I really wish your QC was better because the bubbles were very obvious. Very unfortunate given the good customer service.

They did the work perfectly, they were very professional and knowledgeable and they tried to get everything done in a timely manner. They had a couple delays and it took a week or so longer than anticipated to get my car back but still timely. Great company.

They were great - very communicative. Friendly, affable and helpful. Staff stepped out of their lane to help me. Let me keep my car there a couple extra days. So impressed I'm going to return in a few months to have more work done out of pocket - if that's not a ringing endorsement then such a thing doesn't exists.

When I went to go pick up my vehicle only half the repairs were done so we scheduled the remaining repairs a week later before that new repair date came I noticed the repair work that they had done was a very poor quality I went back and showed the manager he agreed I was to take it in on the day we agreed he called to cancel for the following week so for that reason I decided not to take it back

From the day I brought my car for an estimate, to picking it up after repairs, everything was great. So friendly and communicative. I received text messages keeping me up to date on all that was going on. They did a great job on the repair, and it was so nice to get into my freshly cleaned car. Super happy with the service at Gerber in Banning.
