Everyone was very professional, I received notifications about the progress of my repairs, and when I received my vehicle it was clean and pretty. Johnny even went out of his way to bring it to my work to make things easier for me!! I could not be more grateful!!

To recap on quarter panel. I asked during estimate why quarter panel wasn’t included and Responce was ‘there could be more unknown damage’ so made some since. Before picking up I asked if quarter panel was painted and he said no damage was from previous repairs. To his defense he asked if I looked at truck and how did it look. I looked straight on from side looked good. When home I saw waves ( dimples ) above fender that were not there before. I had wash twice a week. It’s a black truck and while previous repairs were sub par in finishing the truck did not have dimples. I am not a complainer but when asked to fill this out I realized how much it does update me.
