Kim and Eze were absolutely the best! Kim assisted me with my insurance needs and concerns and Eze kept me updated on the repairs from start to finish. Kim always had a smile on her face and cheerfulness in her voice. Eze did a wonderful job on the repairs. My car looks even better than before! It was even cleaned and washed! Was very unsure about the time but Gerber kept me updated! Ez was a great collision specialist knew all parts and what it consisted of actually what needed to be done! Felt at ease thanks to the crew an EZ at Gerber collision center! Great job car looks better than when I pulled out of the dealership lot. Banning Gerber you guys when above and be truely satisfied

The body work came out satisfactory. The paint had some delamination after a couple of day and is scheduled to go back into the shop to be repaired under warranty.
