From the time that I made the claim with my insurance and they submitted it Gerber, and Gerber called to set up the appointment the service has been top notch. Eze is the representative I had the pleasure to work with, he was very thorough on performing the estimate, explained it very well on the repairs. Everything he explained was exactly what happened until I picked up my truck. I would highly recommend this facility, the customer service communication is top notch from answering the phone and In the office. Good job Eze, you do your job very well.

My experience with Gerber was a very pleasant one. I first called to inquire about the repair process. Kim at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. I called a competitor and was placed on a long hold. That's how I chose Gerber and I am glad I did. Crystal helped assess the damages to my Chrysler 300 and made sure that I understood what repairs were to be completed. I signed some paperwork, was offered coffee and hot cider and waited for my car to be ready. When it was ready I was offered a complimentary pick-up from my location to the shop. My car was like new, vacuumed and clean. The paint used matched perfectly and there was no trace of damages visible! I'm truly happy with the service I received at Gerber in Banning.
