Great experience. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Kept me updated throughout the process. Finished early. My only complaint is my name is LuAnn, my husband John had nothing to do with this, yet all communications were addressed to him? If I was a democrat, I’d say you all are misogynistic. Extremely easy to work with. Very, Very through, they take the time to physically walk around your vehicle with you BEFORE and AFTER the repairs, so that it is very clear what will/needs to be repaired on your vehicle. We were impressed with how soon we could get our vehicle, within 3 days of the accident (despite our vehicle being drive able. They estimated that it would take aprox 2 weeks to complete, but they had it done with in 8 days! Super impressed with the time. The added bonus is that they details our vehicle, so when we left, it was like driving a new car off the lot for the first time! Also, everyone on staff was extremely helpful, and if you had to wait, ensured you were comfortable and offered snacks, soda, water and coffee while you waited. Highly highly recommend Gerber Collision!

The service I received from everyone was above and beyond. Office staff was friendly and helpful, mechanics kept me up to date unprompted, and my car was cleaned inside and out when I got it back. I am more than happy with my service.
