From my first phone call and first visit after the crazy hail storm I was happy with how I was taken care of by Antoinette and Jesse. When I brought my Santa Cruz in for first estimate. The 2 guys that looked over my vehicle were very friendly and polite. They got me in and out quick. Had to wait awhile for insurance but I finally got it in. The insurance amount was way less than what it ended up but they got it approved by the insurance. My Santa Cruz looks amazing. I will definitely be back if I need to and will also send anyone I know to Gerber in Bedford.

Gerber collision in Bedford was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Antoinette who I dealt with the most was great,very helpful friendly and kind. Jesse was great also as was Bob. There were others but I do t know their names. I’m sorry. My little truck looks so amazing after the hail storm in April. I would highly recommend Gerber collision and glass.
