I was dismayed when I came in to the drop off my car as scheduled and the office personal could not find my car on the docket. Finally the gentleman who gave me the quote came in and straightened things out. I just felt odd. Otherwise the work was performed perfectly and sooner than I thought.

Did not complete repairs as stated. Was supposed to have windshield wiper reservoir replaced it it was NOT done. More concerned about getting insurance check then about doing quality ETHICAL work.
