The repaired seem to have been done in a professional manner, but it took an extra prompting by me to have a door panel blended as was promised on a written document that I was required to sign. As of today it all ended well. The staff is fantastic.

Great customer service from start to finish. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. Although the repairs took a bit longer than expected because additional parts were needed, Gerber was able to get those ordered and installed the next day.
