Great customer service from start to finish. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. Although the repairs took a bit longer than expected because additional parts were needed, Gerber was able to get those ordered and installed the next day. Happy to say my car is looking brand new again! Thanks to Sean and the rest of the team at Gerber Collision!

My repairs turned out very well. The paint matched perfectly. I’m sure there is a lot going on behind the scenes with the shop staff and front staff . It seems your communication with each other is well done. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lori, Steve and Sean. I was treated with patience and kindness throughout the process. Just an extra special shout out to Lori because I talked w her several times on the phone. You have the right girl for that position. She represents Gerber well on the phone and in person!
